The equipment is equipped with one automatic oil pump which uses 00# semi-fluid lubricating oil is mainly used to supply oil to all transmission parts in the equipment frame, and play the role of lubrication, cooling and anti-corrosion.

Equipped with this set of automatic oil supply system, it has its own oil pressure and oil level alarm system. 

In addition, if the oil pump system is abnormal or faulty, the man-machine interface system will display an alarm and prompt the content of the fault.

Adopting mechanical transmission, inner groove cam structure and driven by one machine, it has less energy consumption and low equipment failure rate.

The grooved wheel mechanism has a compact structure and is most suitable for intermittent and reciprocating motion of the workpiece. 

The company has developed a set of high-strength, high-precision integrated inner sheaves based on the original ordinary disc-type split sheaves. Its advantage is that it runs fast, the special bearing runs stably in the track, and the corresponding motor power is small.

It is suitable for different product packaging needs and has high flexibility. It can be combined with powder metering machine, servo filling machine, measuring cup metering machine,  combination scale or Ring hand feeder to weigh and pack different products.

Both our JBGD8-180 and JBGD8-260 can be used to measure and package products of different properties by replacing different metering machines.
