1. Regular inspection of vulnerable parts

Daily vulnerable parts need to be checked regularly to see if there is loosening, wear phenomenon. Ensure the stability of the production operation, if there is a loose use of appropriate tools to tighten it to ensure that the structure of the machine is stable.

2. Check and clean up after starting and shutting down

Check for debris before starting, clean the residue of the workbench and each station in time, so as not to affect the normal work and production.

For the first time, first click and run 2-3 laps, observe the smoothness of operation, and then run at a low speed for 5 minutes to fully lubricate the transmission components, and then start the high-speed operation.

The filling port of the oil pump is opposite the upper bag station, and 000#-00# lithium grease lubricating oil is recommended. It is recommended to observe the oil pump once every 15 days, if the oil is found to be too low, it is necessary to fill the oil pump.

3. Main refueling parts: Bag lifting shaft, Return lifting shaft, Bag opening lifting shaft, The center lifting shaft.

For the lubrication and maintenance of the lifting shaft and rotating disc of the workbench, it is recommended to use external food grade 3# extra white grease lubricating oil, and use a clean brush to apply lubrication.

The recommended maintenance frequency of lifting shaft components is once every 10 days.

4. Common problem

If the downtime of the all-in-one machine is too long, it is necessary to start the machine every 7 days and run for 15 minutes each time.

If the working time of the bag feeder is up to 15 hours a day, the refueling and lubrication time frequency should be set on the display interface. It is recommended to add 10 seconds each time, and the oil quantity time should be observed once every 15 days.

The above is calculated when the equipment runs 8-12 hours per day. If the test machine needs to run 24 hours a day, please increase the maintenance frequency.
