Mechanical Drive
Adopting mechanical transmission, inner groove cam structure and driven by one machine, it has less energy consumption and low equipment failure rate.
The grooved wheel mechanism has a compact structure and is most suitable for intermittent and reciprocating motion of the workpiece. The company has developed a set of high-strength, high-precision integrated inner sheaves based on the original ordinary disc-type split sheaves. Its advantage is that it runs fast, the special bearing runs stably in the track, and the corresponding motor power is small.
Automatic Maintenance
The equipment is equipped with two automatic oil pumps, one of which uses 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil, which mainly supplies oil to the joints above the equipment base and the vacuum machine converter, and plays an anti-wear role;
The other uses 00# semi-fluid lubricating oil is mainly used to supply oil to all transmission parts in the equipment frame, and play the role of lubrication, cooling and anti-corrosion.
Equipped with these two sets of automatic oil supply system, it has its own oil pressure and oil level alarm system. In addition, if the oil pump system is abnormal or faulty, the man-machine interface system will display an alarm and prompt the content of the fault.
Empty Bag Secondary Circulation
This equipment has the secondary cycle function of empty bags. When the bag cannot be opened (NO.3 bag opening stations) or cannot be unloaded (NO.4 unloading stations), the signal will be transmitted to stations 4 or 5, 6, 7, 8 so that they do not participate in the process, when it reaches station 9 (passing the bag), the cylinder starts to work, pulling the push plate, the bag machine clip will not open, the bag receiving arm will not work, when the process cycles to 3 or 4, it will work again.
The bag undergoes a secondary cycle (can be set multiple times). This feature greatly improves productivity and reduces safety hazards.
Vacuum Filtration System
Each vacuum pump is equipped with an oil-water separator to prevent impurities from entering the vacuum pump, effectively protecting the vacuum pump, and increasing the filter element and service life of the vacuum pump by 30%. If there is no filter on the market, it will affect the service life of the vacuum pump.
After the separation, the vacuum pump can be used to collect the used engine oil, and the oil can be recycled for reuse; at the same time, it prevents excessive oil leakage or oil leakage in the transmission part of the equipment, which affects food hygiene.
Sealing Knife Diaphragm Valve Control System
The work of the sealing knife is controlled by the pressure difference between the vacuum negative pressure and the positive pressure of the air compressor. When the valve body is under negative pressure, the sealing knife does not work.
When a certain positive pressure is given, the sealing knife starts to work. The manufacturing cost of the control system is relatively high in the early stage, and the maintenance cost in the later stage is less than one-twentieth of that of the cylinder control system of the same industry.
Vacuum Flow Control
Vacuum flow can be adjusted through valves, and the most perfect vacuum degree can be achieved by adjusting valves on the same equipment for products with different solid-liquid ratios.
For products with a high proportion of liquid, we need to reduce its vacuum flow rate, and for products with a low proportion of liquid, we need to increase its vacuum flow rate, so our equipment will not pump out liquid during the production process and can reach the vacuum degree. Compared with its peers, it has a huge advantage.
